Amika Studio's role:

We created a fully integrated customized Content Management System (CMS), built from scratch. It supports user roles and management, and generates all its content dynamically from an SQL database.

What the user can do through www.digitalcheck.com:
- Obtains detailed information about Digital Check’s products
- Is able to get customer support through an automated system for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
- Initiates a ticket with existing problems
- Has access to a specialized system for training, which is password protected. This training is available only for current and active users
- Finds additional information about the products as well as download software drivers

What the administrator can do through the CMS built in the back of www.digistalcheck.com:
- Creates, edits, deletes or archives a page
- Creates, changes or deletes users from the system
- Changes the access rights for each user thus the administrator can define different access levels for different users
- Accepts and controls the support requests
